For whilst it’s important to have an understanding of what you want to move away from, it is as important , if not more, to understand and discover what it is that you want to move towards.

For all of us it can help to take some time to look at how contented and happy people live their lives.

By taking these gifts of learnings from observing other people and other cultures and looking at different models I guide you with exercises and relaxation practices to step forward into a calmer and more contented way of living your life.

I am a medical doctor and have, over the past 20 years, worked with thousands of people suffering from depression however I cannot see each of you individually to determine what other levels of help you need in your own individual journey.
